What can you do to reduce climate change?

Plant one hectare of radiata pine trees on non-forested land to:
                              

1. Compensate for a lifetime's driving of two typical NZ cars.¹
   
   
2. Counteract the total carbon dioxide emissions of an average New Zealander for 47 years.¹
   
   
3. Mitigate the carbon dioxide emissions from travelling 10,000km in an aeroplane every year for 228 years.¹
   
   
4. Offset ALL the typical New Zealander's greenhouse gas emissions (ie methane, etc as well as carbon dioxide) for 22 years.¹
   
   
5. Plant our Production Varieties, because this can be expected to increase all the above figures by 25%!
